Proven experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business/technical requirements (ideally in data movement, ETL, or data technologies; microservices a plus). Hands-on experience in agile environments and working with senior stakeholders. Familiarity with data principles, storage, transformation, and governance (metadata, data quality, lineage). Understanding of modern data technologies (cloud platforms, integration tools, streaming). Strong communication skills for global, cross-functional collaboration.
