10+ years of experience in automation engineering, focusing on on-prem infrastructure and systems automation. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python and PowerShell. Strong experience with automation tools and frameworks, preferably Ansible and Jenkins. In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience implementing and managing them. Experience with on-prem distributed platforms, particularly Linux and VMs. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with API and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Experience with monitoring and logging tools is beneficial.
