What you bring: 5+ years of experience managing projects in a Software House, digital agency, or IT consulting environment. Proven track record of delivering complex software projects with demanding clients. At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within a project or delivery management context. Solid understanding of Agile, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models. Strong people and communication skills — you know how to connect, motivate, and align teams. Ability to create structure from chaos, while keeping things pragmatic and flexible. Comfortable using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
