Requirements Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxes 5+ years of experience in tax accounting in a multinational company Strong knowledge of IFRS /US GAAP standards Experience with tax reporting in multiple EMEA and APAC jurisdictions Familiarity with global tax developments CPA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred Fluent in English (at least B2 level) Your future company For one of our Clients, we are looking for an experienced Direct Tax Expert. In this role you will be responsible for managing US tax reporting and compliance processes, while also contributing to international tax strategy and transfer pricing activities. Your role will focus on ensuring timely and accurate tax submissions, in alignment with both internal requirements and external regulatory expectations. The salary range provided in the job posting has been estimated based on the 2025 Devire Salary Report. Responsibilities Review of current and deferred tax calculations for EMEA and APAC entities Analyze and reconcile tax related data, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance in accordance with US GAAP standards Provide support on the implementation of the OECD regulations including both computation and declarative aspects Provide support on quarterly and yearly Transfer Pricing adjustments including computation Partner with IT and Finance to improve and automate tax related processes and reporting Collaborate with external auditors, US Tax advisors, tax accounting team and local finance teams on tax accounting matters Provide support on some VAT issues The offer Hybrid work model - up to 3 days remote, 2 days from the Poznań office Benefits such as annual bonus, private medical care, life insurance Support for well-being & development (Multisport card, tuition reimbursement, language courses) Extra perks - holiday bonuses, co-financed kids’ summer camps, onboarding support Requirements:
