Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a professional design role, ideally in an international business environment (e.g. consulting, services, business operations).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative range, conceptual thinking, and polished execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word).
  • Strong knowledge of branding principles, communication best practices, and project management in design contexts.
  • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
  • Experience collaborating with senior business stakeholders.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written, essential for working in a global setting.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Bonus: experience with AI-supported design tools and global brand governance.

Responsibilities

  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and multi-channel designs.


  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, marketing specialists, and business leaders to align creative output with strategic objectives.


  • Ensure consistent application of visual identity and design standards across all materials.


  • Lead by example and support the development of junior designers through mentorship and feedback.


  • Contribute to the implementation of new tools, including AI-powered design workflows and advanced digital templates.


  • Deliver impactful work for both internal initiatives and external communications.
