Job description

We're looking for a driven Junior Talent Sourcer with at least one year of hands-on experience in sourcing to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. If you're passionate about connecting with top talent and ready to take your sourcing skills to the next level — this could be your opportunity to shine

Location: Work full-time from our beautiful office in the heart of Krakow, set in a historic building just steps away from the vibrant city center.

Talent Acquisition Area:

Do you have a knack for spotting hidden talent before anyone else? As a Junior Talent Sourcer, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging top candidates to fuel our recruitment pipeline. Your responsibilities will include:

 Writing Impactful Job Ads
Craft compelling and inclusive job postings that attract the right candidates and reflect our company culture.

 Navigating the ATS Like a Pro
Use tools like Recruitee to manage candidate pipelines, streamline sourcing activities, and ensure a smooth process for all stakeholders.

 Sourcing & Outreach
Leverage LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to proactively identify, approach, and engage high-potential candidates across various roles.

 Enhancing Candidate Experience
Support the coordination of interviews and maintain clear, friendly communication to ensure a positive candidate journey from first contact to offer.

You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, and have the chance to contribute ideas that improve our sourcing strategy and candidate engagement.
