  • Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, scaling) of new and current systems
  • Experience in containerized deployment (Kubernetes, OpenShift etc).

The Global Spread Products Technology Team is seeking a Lead Development Analyst  / Manger with a proven track record of producing complex enterprise software solutions. This role will require extensive development using Java, Microservices, Cloud Computing (AWS), Containerization, OpenShift/Kubernetes technology. Candidate will be heavily involved with implementation of strategic Risk Systems for Global Spread Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible and resourceful software professional who can comfortably work in a large development team in a globally distributed, dynamic work environment, teamwork and collaboration. The ability to work in high pressured environment is essential.

The job:

This role sits within the newly formed GenAI Security team, which is responsible for ensuring, maintaining, and improving the security of our GenAi Prompt security capabilities within the firm. You will be responsible for engineering solutions that strengthen and broaden our security capabilities in an environment that is changing daily whilst also working with vendor products to achieve the same aims.  You will have the opportunity to partner with key Engineering teams, alongside Operations and Site Reliability Engineering.
