You’re going to need this to be successful in this role 5+ years of professional development experience, with experience in PHP/Laravel. Experience in at least one other modern language or framework - ideally .NET Core, Go, Kotlin/Native/Multiplatform. Alternatively, experience in Node.js or Python. Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns. Experience creating or working with C4 diagrams and system architecture documentation. Proven ability to estimate work accurately and deliver within agreed timelines. Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning. Proficiency with Git-based workflows and Linux environments. Experience with o11y tools. Advanced English. It’s nice if you also have  Experience with Docker and containerised deployments in a Terraform environment. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), certification is nice to have. Background in event-driven systems or microservices. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
