What skill are we searching for? 3+ years of professional experience as a developer. For candidates located within approximately 50 km of the Kraków or Gdańsk offices, we offer hybrid model (2–3 times per week). For candidates based in other cities in Poland we offer opportunity to work remotely.  3+ years of production Go experience with expertise in goroutines, channels, and Go testing frameworks. Being engaged in the full software development life-cycle, including deployment and post-production support and maintenance. Experience in working with Agile methodologies – preferably ShapeUp. Excellent command of written and spoken English (min. B2 level). Perfect candidate also has: Experience with any modern frontend programming language – ideally ES6 JavaScript, and a modern framework (React is a plus), but if you don't have professional experience with it, that is ok. Experience with TypeScript. Professional experience with MongoDB. Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code. Experience with Cloud providers, ideally AWS.
