Background and required skills:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in the following areas: Computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, natural science, mathematics, business or equivalent work experience in IT
  • At least 3 years of experience in the administration and implementation of database solutions (Oracle, Postgres, Crunchy, MySQL).
  • Experience in planning, installing, and configuring the above-mentioned database systems.
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting and maintaining the above-mentioned database systems.
  • Familiarity with OpenShift container technologies
  • Experience with database management tools and monitoring solutions.
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to ensure quick problem resolution (incident management) and internal team coordination.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Advantage:

  • Experience working in SAFe environment.
  • Jira/Confluence - project management and documentation platforms
  • Know-how in Linux scripting and implementing automated database provisioning.
