YOUR PROFILE

• Well-educated or sufficiently self-taught in machine learning and information development.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM).
• Fluent in: Python, PyTorch or Tensorflow
• Langchain, GripTape, CrewAI, Magentic
• Experience working with API integration
• A strong devotion for structure and a genuine affection for solving problems
• Excellent communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• A good understanding Transformer architecture.
• Experience working with BERT or similar state of the art Transformer architectures
• A good understanding of NLP and NLU
• Docker, Azure
• MCP / A2A
• Experience with creating reusable libraries.
• Ability to find automation possibilities, defining the scope and execute proper solutions

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining deep learning models designed to automate variety of common Service Desk tasks and integrations to external systems: ServiceNow, Remedy, Microsoft Teams etc. (using Python). You will have the opportunity to work not only with deep learning but also with other automation initiatives, primarily using Python.

You will be working in the Cognitive and Robotics team within Cloud Infrastructure Services where you will have the possibility to exchange your knowledge and experience with other consultants, subject matter experts and architects across the globe.
