Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including setting up, maintaining, and enhancing ADO features to improve team/squad efficiency. Proven success in implementing Agile practices across various environments, supporting Agile teams of different sizes and complexities. Background in change management and digital transformation strategy and implementation. Demonstrated experience in coaching and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong communication, facilitation, training, and coaching skills. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Highly organized, with the ability to bring structure to chaotic situations. The Cyber Defense Center (CDC) Platform is seeking an Agile Coach to apply their expertise in organizational agility while driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and facilitating high Agile performance across CDC squads.
