Key Qualifications:

Proven experience (min. 2 years) in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and effectively managing the sales funnel.
Ability to work within the Account based Marketing framework.
Excellent language skills, English (minimum C1 level), Polish fluent.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze campaign performance, draw actionable insights, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems - HubSpot. 
Experience using lead generation toolset, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Expandi and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Ability to effectively leverage ChatGPT, Perplexity or other Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance sales activities.
Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset to effectively build and manage your own sales pipeline.
Knowledge of the emerging trends and digital industries: foodtech, fintech, accounting, construction and others.
Strategic thinking, data-driven approach ownership and strong self-starter.

Nice to Have:

About the Role:

  • As a Lead Generation Specialist at Railwaymen, you will be a key member of the Sales Team.
  • Your core mission will be to proactively drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the sales funnel within the start-up and scale-up sector (e.g., Fintech, Accounting, Medtech, Foodtech, Construction).
  • You will be growing the network of our sales prospects, seeking new business opportunities and hunting through online (Linkedin/email) sales campaigns with a close cooperation with the Business Development Manager.
  • You will be focused on the iterative approach to ensure campaigns maximum effectiveness and high conversion score.
  • This role is ideal for someone with strong self-motivation and a results orientation who appreciates challenges at work.
