We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to ensure the efficient operation of two offices in Warsaw and Kyiv. Expectations are set not only for operational excellence but also the ability to structure processes and be ready to roll up your sleeves when needed. If you enjoy solving administrative challenges, keeping things running smoothly, and maintaining a comfortable work environment, this role is for you. About the Role The position covers two offices - Warsaw (PL) and Kyiv (UA), with approximately 50 employees overall Reports to: VP of Operations. Primary focus on organizing office operations, purchases, logistics, and maintenance with technical and facility-related tasks. Responsible for supervising the office manager in Kyiv.
