Senior Data Scientist with MMM @ Capgemini Invent

YOUR PROFILE 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Econometrics, or Advanced Analytics. Proven experience developing and maintaining Marketing Mix Models (MMM) at scale. Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data manipulation, modelling, and visualization. Deep understanding of marketing metrics (ROI, CPx, media elasticity, saturation, adstock, etc.). Experience working with marketing and sales data from sources such as Google, Meta, Salesforce, or Adobe. Solid grasp of statistical modelling, Bayesian inference, and regression analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Nice-to-have: Experience with Google Meridian, Robyn, or other MMM frameworks. Knowledge of incrementality testing or attribution modelling. Background in FMCG, retail, or media analytics.
