Engagement Manager with SAP S/4Hana Transformation @

YOUR PROFILE

• master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field;
• minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in areas related to SAP Project and Service Management, S/4HANA transformation management, S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation project management;
• SAP Activate Methodology experience. SAP Activate Methodology certification preferred;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and team dynamics;
• proficiency in agile software delivery and experience with agile at scale frameworks (e.g. SAFe);
• strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory and compliance initiatives;
• strong understanding of potential and usage of GenAI in Software and Service delivery fields;
• proven ability to drive engagements at both the executive (CxO) level and with delivery execution teams;
• proven records of financial accountability and the ability to manage project budgets and financial reporting;
• excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in a constantly changing landscape with strict timelines and outcomes;
• innovation and continuous improvement mindset to drive project success.

• Project Management Certificates (PMP, Prince);
• Agile and Agile at Scale Certification (PSM, SAFe);
• Service Delivery Certifications (ITIL);
• German Language Skills are preferable.
