At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, including 3+ years in IT. Possibility to work form our Warsaw office at least 3 timesper week.  The ability to run end-to-end recruitment processes independently (from screening to onboarding). Strong English skills, allowing you to confidently speak with technical experts from outside Poland. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and a variety of sourcing strategies. A proactive mindset and the ability to stay flexible in a fast-changing environment. Nice to have: Experience working directly with clients -for example, in outsourcing or software house settings. A degree in computer science, psychology, HR management, or a related field.
