Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. 
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator is highly preferred. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process automation, and role management. 
  • Data Management: Strong skills in data hygiene, including managing duplicates and importing/exporting data. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to create insightful reports and dashboards that support key business metrics. 
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to support users with varying levels of technical expertise. 
  • Problem-Solving: Solid troubleshooting skills, able to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. 
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with additional tools such as DocuSign, Conga, or other Salesforce AppExchange products is a plus.
