Background and required skills:Bachelor or Master’s degree in the following areas: Computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, business or equivalent work experience in software quality assurance within agile development environments.Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Engineer, or in comparable roles. (3+ years of experience)Solid expertise with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and agile testing techniques.Technical proficiency with APIs, backend systems, and databases.Experience coordinating and collaborating effectively with external development teams.Strong test management skills, including planning, coordination, risk analysis, and reporting.Hands-on approach to testing, combined with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.Proactive, independent, and self-organized working style, closely aligned with Product Owners.
