Desired Experience: Proven leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a managing and growing mid-size engineering team, preferably full stack. Strong technical expertise in web development with proven track of record Hands-on experience in building distributed systems, scalable architectures, and data processing. Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data analytics platforms will be a plus. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket/Git) and agile methodologies (Kanban, weekly releases) . Excellent communication skills and ability to hire, mentor and grow engineering teams. Creativity and initiative in improving existing solutions and infrastructure. Experience in AdTech or programmatic advertising is a big plus. You Will: We are looking for a hands-on person experienced in leading engineering teams and designing complex systems to build and guide a newly strengthened engineering team. You will combine leadership with technical ownership, focusing on frontend, backend, and data layers of Adlook Smart. This role focuses on people management with some aspects of the system architecture, giving you the opportunity to shape one of the most critical components of our AdTech infrastructure.
