Your Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst in the financial industry; technical experience is a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of investment banking products, PnL, Market, and Credit Risk. 
  • Solid grasp of software development lifecycle and Agile project delivery. 
  • Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence. 
  • Knowledge of complex IT systems, interface definitions, and messaging protocols is a plus. 
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis capabilities. 
  • Experience managing projects spanning multiple systems and teams. 
  • Exposure to Conduct or Regulatory areas is advantageous. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across all organizational levels. 
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.

Your Role

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business needs into technical solutions, collaborating closely with our Product Owners, engineers, and the wider BA community. You will actively participate in shaping the future of our systems and processes, ensuring delivery within an Agile framework.

  • Front End: Angular 16, HTML5, CSS3 
  • Back End: Microservice architecture, Java 17, Spring Boot Admin, Spring Batch, Spring Integration 
  • Other Tools: Elasticsearch, Oracle, Kafka
