Your profile: Project Experience: At least 6 years of proven experience in the management and successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in international organizations. Preferably in matrix organizations, and professional services such as consulting. Expertise in Project Controlling: Expert knowledge in time and resource planning, cost calculation, and benefits realization analysis. Professional Background: Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, proven professional project management experience or certification (ideally PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills paired with a strategic, conceptual mindset—capable of breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions and driving effective change management across diverse stakeholder groups. Stakeholder Communication: Skilled in operating at the interface between business and Corporate Functions including IT, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and confidently to varied audiences. Work Ethic & Organization: Structured, independent, and reliable working style, complemented by flexibility and strong organizational talent. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with full fluency in English (spoken and written). Methodological Competence: Broad experience in formal project management, including planning, controlling, and monitoring using both classic and agile methodologies. Mobility: Willingness to travel 4 days per month on average and within Europe.
