Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on full stack or backend platform development. 4+ years building large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS applications with a focus on backend frameworks, RESTful APIs, and microservices. 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and understanding of cloud-native services. Strong command of an object-oriented language, preferably C# (Java or similar also acceptable). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and high-concurrency systems. Experience designing or delivering core platform components such as: API gateways Authentication and identity management Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Workflow orchestration and job scheduling Search services (e.g., Elasticsearch) Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and transactional flows. Proficiency in testing practices, including unit, integration, and automated functional testing. Familiarity with service-oriented and serverless architectures. Understanding of internet security principles in software design and implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Passion for engineering excellence through automation, code quality, and continuous improvement. Nice to Have Experience integrating with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft). Background in FinTech or financial services domains. Familiarity with integration platforms such as Apache NiFi. Experience with search technologies (Elasticsearch or similar). Exposure to API management tools such as Apigee or Okta.
