Required

Solid hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS/K3s, ECS, EC2, Load Balancer, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, etc.)

Strong experience managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads in production.

Experience with Docker and containerized workloads

Strong understanding and practical usage of Terraform for infrastructure-as-code

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (e.g. Jenkins)

Experience participating in on-call rotations and incident response processes.

Familiarity with Linux system administration and shell scripting

Good grasp of networking concepts (VPC, subnets, security groups, routing, etc.)

Competence in monitoring, alerting, and logging (e.g. CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, etc.)

Experience in maintaining high availability and backups for critical services

Knowledge of cloud security frameworks (e.g. CIS benchmarks, AWS Well-Architected)

Understanding of infrastructure lifecycle management and environment separation (dev/stage/prod)

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

Experience in cost optimization and budgeting in AWS

Use of configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef)

Experience with multi-account AWS organizations and IAM policies at scale

Experience with operational and security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 20000)

As a Cloud Ops Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure to support high-performing and secure production environments. You'll take full ownership of infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD pipeline management, and cloud security implementation — ensuring our systems are resilient, cost-efficient, and aligned with best practices. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in AWS, Terraform, and containerized environments, who thrives on automation, infrastructure-as-code, and solving operational challenges in a fast-paced, cloud-native ecosystem.
