  • Broad technical skill set – a generalist who can handle a range of domains and problem areas.
  • Strong full-stack ownership mindset: comfortable across the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Solid experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with one or more Python web frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Django). Familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries or frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Angular).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
