Our Client – an SSC Company  – is seeking an experienced Credit Control & Billing Process Specialist with English. 
In this role, you will become part of a centralized financial services team, ensuring timely and accurate billing, effective receivables management, and top-quality financial documentation. Working closely with the Finance Billing Centre of Excellence, you will support local offices in managing the full billing and receivables cycle while driving efficiency and best practices across the organization. 

Responsibilities

Knowledge Transfer & Transition

  • Participate in onboarding and knowledge transfer during process transitions.

  • Ensure service quality throughout migration.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.

Client Matter Opening

  • Review and complete matter intake forms (e.g. VAT data, billing terms, addresses).

  • Set up billing terms and workflows for new clients and matters.

  • Support managers with matter structure setup and closure.

Billing Process

  • Process timesheet and “Other Services” transfers.

  • Prepare, finalize, and submit client invoices, ensuring compliance with e-billing requirements.

  • Handle invoice rejections and ensure timely collection of approved billing targets.

Credit Control

  • Prepare and execute reminder procedures.

  • Update templates, send reminders, and manage client mailbox.

  • Maintain accurate contact details for follow-up communication.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Create billing and narrative reports using DTR (Desktop Reporting).

  • Monitor draft bills, delays, and billing timelines.

  • Perform quality control checks, ensure KPI compliance, and adherence to internal policies.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Cooperate with Finance CoE and internal stakeholders.

  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives.

  • Escalate risks and issues when necessary.
