  • Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning; familiarity with NLP and large language models; proficient with the PyTorch framework.
  • Familiar with fine-tuning large language models (LLM fine-tuning).
  • Strong data intuition; able to quickly understand data characteristics, detect anomalies and trends, and devise optimization strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in Python for data analysis; experienced with tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn; capable of handling both structured and unstructured data efficiently.
  • Strong logical thinking and summarization skills; able to independently take on AI model development and data analysis tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate closely with business teams to transform analysis into business value.
  • Capable of full-cycle development: from data collection and model training to deployment and evaluation.
  • Proficient in Linux and AWS environments; familiar with Docker deployment.
  • Able to write documentation and communicate fluently in English; comfortable reading academic papers in English.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Background in finance, with experience in trading stocks or derivatives.
  • Published research papers or open-source contributions in the fields of AI or data science.

We are looking for a key AI Specialist to join our growing team and play a pivotal role across multiple high-impact projects involving applied AI and personalization infrastructure. This individual will work on the design and development of advanced AI-driven systems, including intelligent memory layers, real-time recommendation engines, and AI-powered application features. The role goes beyond implementation—contributing directly to presales efforts, solution design, and internal R&D around large language models, vector search, and knowledge representation.

You will collaborate with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions. From architecting end-to-end pipelines with modern frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, LangChain, Neo4j, Supabase) to building prototypes for customer validation, your contributions will directly shape the success of current and future AI initiatives at our company.
