What you bring: 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a software house or consulting environment. Strong skills in documentation, specification writing, and process clarity. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities (Nice to have) Experience in preparing user training or onboarding materials. Who you are: You love structure, detail, and clarity. You’ll collaborate closely with our Project Managers, Product Managers, and client representatives to translate ideas and requirements into actionable, well-structured documentation and training content.
