Manager, Security Assurance

We are looking for a manager for our Security Assurance team to grow our rapidly expanding Security team here at Asana. You will be guiding your team and ensuring our ambitious security roadmap is achieved to keep Asana users safe.

The Security team ensures that Asana's users and employees are safe from malicious activity and accidental disclosure. We build the systems and tools that enable the rest of Asana to make a great product that our customers love. The Corporate Security team is focused on protecting Asanas and our corporate network and systems by implementing technical controls rather than blaming users.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. 

We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 39 583 - 45 000 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base compensation range for this role may be modified.

Our total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs).
