What we’re looking for: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting, controls, and/or audit (GL/RtR, internal controls, or external/internal audit). University degree in Finance or Accounting; professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA (or progress toward them) are an asset. Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, control design, and testing methodologies. Hands-on experience coordinating internal or external audits. Solid knowledge of IFRS, regulatory frameworks, and financial reporting requirements. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify control gaps and propose practical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to explain financial and control concepts clearly to non-finance teams. High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently. Experience in international organizations or regulated financial institutions will be an advantage. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for control automation or reporting is a plus. Fluent English (written and spoken).
