What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and payroll in Poland.
- Solid knowledge of Polish labor law, social security and tax regulations.
- Fluency in English (min. B2 level) – daily communication in an international environment is expected.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with payroll/HR systems (experience with Optima or similar is a plus).
- Experience handling B2B contracts is an advantage.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established international company operating in the field of advanced technologies. As part of their ongoing expansion and optimization of HR processes, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their growing HR team.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage payroll processes for various types of employment (employment contracts, civil law agreements, etc.).
Provide comprehensive HR and payroll administrative support to employees at all levels.
Maintain accurate personnel records, manage onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Continuously improve and simplify HR and payroll processes.
Administer employee benefits on a daily basis (e.g. sports cards, medical plans, insurance).
Prepare documentation and reports for public institutions and regulatory bodies.
Support compliance with labor law, tax and social security regulations, and internal HR policies.
Create reports and analyses related to payroll and employment.
Co-develop internal policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
Monitor working time, including remote work and shift schedules, in line with legal requirements.
