3–6 years of experience in test automation (UI and API focus ). Proven hands-on experience in Robot Framework and Python programming. Good understanding of test automation design patterns (Page Object Model, keyword-driven approach). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo) and test management systems (qTest, JIRA) Practical knowledge of REST API testing and tools (Postman, Swagger, REST libraries). Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and Agile (Scrum / SAFe) processes. Solid communication skills and fluency in English (B2+ level or higher). Experience in the banking or financial services domain will be a strong advantage. Nice-to-have knowledge and experience: Knowledge of Selenium Library integration within Robot Framework. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS). Basic understanding of test automation metrics and reporting tools (Allure, Grafana, etc.). ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certification. Client: banking industry Hourly Rate: up to 120 PLN + VAT Work arrangement: hybrid, 2 days per week in Gdańsk (Gdynia, Warsaw, Lodz possible).
