Essential Requirements Previous experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Consultant. Strong knowledge of payments and ISO 20022 messaging standards. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders (product owners, project managers, developers, architects). Experience in analyzing business requirements and delivering functional solutions. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and French. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Interpersonal skills with the ability to both lead and collaborate effectively. Quick learner with the ability to assimilate new ideas. Solid understanding of project lifecycle phases. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. Desired (Nice to Have) Knowledge and experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, IQBBA). SQL knowledge for querying databases and retrieving data. Role Purpose We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join the Payments & GLCM team.You will be responsible for analyzing and refining business requirements, then translating them into effective IT system solutions in line with global architecture standards. This is a hands-on role requiring independence, adaptability, and close collaboration with international teams.
