REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ of proven experience as a technical or IT recruiter (in-house or agency)
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Familiarity with technical roles and terminology (e.g., FE, BE, PM, DevOps etc)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.)
  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A results-driven and a team player attitude
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Technical background as a big plus

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding top tech talent through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help build high-performing engineering, product, and IT teams.
