Engineering Manager

Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality applications. Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). Fluent English with clear and concise communication skills. Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar. Proven ability in system design and architecture. Demonstrated experience in owning projects end-to-end and providing technical leadership. Capability to define technical direction and set the vision for a project. Previous involvement in mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers, fostering their technical growth. These applications aim to replace traditional paperwork and fully digitalize everyday operational tasks, improving efficiency, accuracy, and user experience across the business.
