As an HR/Resource Data Analyst you will be working for our client, a global financial services organization supporting a wide-reaching digital and workforce transformation within their Wealth and Personal Banking Technology (WPB Tech) department. You are playing a pivotal role in workforce planning and data analysis, helping shape and execute strategic workforce initiatives. You are engaging with internal and external stakeholders, aligning global hiring and vendor strategies, ensuring data quality, and supporting regional operations. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about operational excellence, has advanced Excel skills, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
