About the role:

We are looking for a high-impact individual contributor who thrives in backend and cloud-native development. We analyze large volumes of data with AI agents and digest findings in the best possible way for users (think visual reports, dashboards etc). You'll join the platform team developing our scalable backend that powers this.

We're fully remote. Our business and operations are based in the U.S., and our tech team is split between the U.S. and Poland (including a Polish co-founder). We're open to establishing an office in Poland down the line.

Compensation: 

Compensation depends on your skills and experience. Wide range is 100-300k USD per year base over b2b + stock + yearly bonus. Your compensation will include meaningful equity ownership.
