 Join our team as a Scrum Master 

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and ensuring smooth cooperation and communication among multiple teams situated in Lodz and Frankfurt, as well as collaborating effectively with other teams within the cluster based in Prague. You will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting the teams to adhere to agile practices, fostering a constructive and efficient environment that promotes continuous improvement and successful delivery of projects. Your leadership will be essential in resolving impediments, coordinating cross-team efforts, and ensuring that all teams are aligned with the overall project goals and timelines. In this senior capacity, you will leverage your expertise to mentor team members, advocate for agile principles, and drive the implementation of best practices to achieve optimal performance and high-quality outcomes across the teams.

Sales Analytics supports our sales teams with data-driven analyses, AI, and machine learning. We manage the bank's sales tools to deliver advanced insights to advisors and customers.

Our mission is to offer personalized services, empower sales units, and boost revenue through monitoring, reporting, and analyzing sales activities, enhancing customer experience and loyalty.

Operating across Frankfurt, Lodz, and Prague, we collaborate closely with private, business, and corporate client sales teams. Utilizing modern IT infrastructures and cloud solutions, we develop databases and frontend solutions, including Qlik dashboards.

Sales Analytics is the key hub for advanced analytics, AI, and sales management, data-driven banking and encouraging engagement with our Product Owners.
