Fleet Coordinator with French

We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator with English and French. Our client is an international company with offices based in Prague, but you can work remotely from anywhere in the Czech Republic.

The role:

- supporting European departments with fleet management/supplier management activities

- managing all transactional activities linked to fleet services provider (driver support, fine management, invoice control & liaison with Procurement)

- purchase order (PO) creation, reporting for Fleet category, financial management, invoicing support

- responsibility for contract signatures and amendment documentation

- establishing relationships with Local Dealerships in partnership with our managerial divisions

- participating in regular business reviews with Fleet vendors, provide key data and financial information

Requirements

- experience within fleet management, ideally from international corporation

- fluent English and French

- experience with supply chain and business model (PO creation, basic invoicing, etc.)

- skills within supplier management & strategic negotiation

- customer orientation with focus on accuracy & solving attitude

- good MS Office skills

- great communication skills
