Service Desk Analyst with Italian

International company with it's Global IT centre in Brno , is actively looking for somebody who has experience with Service Desk support in IT with focusing on Italian users.

- to be a single point of contact for users and be able to solve IT related issues
- maintain a high level of customer awareness
- cooperation with other Service Desk team members and IT teams
- escalating incidents and requests to the Service Desk Team Leader
- ensure that all incidents are logged in a ticketing system
IT experience on similar position
- solid knowledge of technologies like: Microsoft application, Windows 10, HW, SW deployment, network administration, TCP/IP, VPN, McAfee antivirus etc.
- advanced language skills (Italian C1, English B2 - C1)
- customer orientation, good communication skills
