Customer Support with English and other EU language

We have an opportunity for you You should be passionate about self-development, happy to join our outstanding team supporting customers from UK and other European countries. We´d love to find someone with the ability to learn quickly and coordinate information optimally to generate deep customer insights. Your responsibility will include administrating our internal system and providing support to our partners and business customers when placing their orders for repairs.


  • Answers initial customer calls and answers general questions
  • May require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures
  • Directs callers to appropriate resources and personnel
  • Determines appropriate solutions and responses
  • Gathers information from internal resources to answer customers questions
  • Documents customer concerns and escalates concerns to appropriate channels in a timely manner
  • Demonstrates strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills


  • High school or equivalent
  • English on very good level and other European language C1 level
  • Beginner level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Customer service values/orientation
  • Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management)
  • Communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using proper language and grammar)
