Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Educate clients about available services and guide them through processes.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
