WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are searching for responsible Front Office Assistant, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently, interested in long-term cooperation.


SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

  • Welcoming visitors and providing visitor service.
  • Professional communication with external and internal customers.
  • Administrative support (scanning, copying, supporting legal department, document shredding, going to the post office/notary office…).
  • Ordering couriers, managing incoming and outgoing post.
  • Ordering flight tickets.
  • Ordering office supplies and refreshments for the office.
  • Preparing refreshments in the morning and for various meetings.
  • Booking of the meeting rooms, managing meeting rooms calendars.
  • Keeping meeting rooms and kitchens clean and making sure refreshments are stacked.
  • Communicating with the Facility Manager of Florentinum and the main reception regarding single use entrance cards.
  • Helping to organize internal events, meetings, offsite trainings etc.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

  • Personality: friendly, warm, communicative, positive, supportive
  • Approach: proactive, can-do attitude, organized, reliable, flexible
  • Ability to prioritize, pay attention to detail, handle multiple simultaneous requests
  • Experience with reception/office management would be advantage
  • PC skills: basic knowledge of MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Excel
  • Czech/Slovak (native or bilingual) + English (professional working level)
