Ve Slevomatu hledáme zkušeného a samostatného člověka, který spojí produktové myšlení s láskou k automatizaci a AI. Tvým hlavním cílem bude zefektivnit a automatizovat celý proces tvorby a správy nabídek od našich partnerů – ideálně tak, aby nakonec nevyžadoval žádnou manuální práci.

Tvoje práce bude mít přímý dopad na naše strategické cíle: růst nabídky a vyšší spokojenost partnerů i zákazníků. Pomůžeš nám škálovat business díky chytrým řešením, od identifikace problému, přes návrh až po samotné řešení.

Co budeš dělat
  • Zlepšovat administraci pro interní uživatele a naše B2B partnery, i procesy které za tvorbou a správou nabídek stojí
  • Identifikovat neefektivní nebo ruční procesy v B2B části našeho marketplace a hledat příležitosti pro automatizaci
  • Přinášet nápady, jak využít AI k tomu, aby byl proces tvorby nabídek rychlejší, chytřejší a levnější
  • Spolupracovat s našimi vývojáři, interními AI ambasadory a stakeholdery na navrhování chytrých řešení. Někdy je postavíš sama/sám pomocí no-code/low-code nástrojů, někdy poradíš ostatním, jak na to, a jindy připravíš zadání pro naše vývojáře
  • Ověřovat nápady s uživateli nástrojů, které budeš zlepšovat: s interními správci nabídek a obchodníky i s našimi partnery, kteří si nabídky spravují sami
  • Koordinovat práci v kros-funkčním týmu (design, vývoj, obchod, content) a posouvat řešení do reality
  • Sledovat dopad, měřit úspěch a přicházet s dalšími iteracemi
  • Pomáhat ostatním objevovat sílu nových technologií
Co od tebe čekáme
  • Máš silný přehled v oblasti AI, prakticky ovládáš automatizace a no-code/low-code nástroje (Make, Zapier, n8n apod.)
  • Máš zkušenost s produktovým řízením digitálních produktů (ideálně 3+ let), umíš vést discovery i delivery a je ti vlastní product operation model práce podle SVPG principů
  • Umíš přemýšlet holisticky, rychle chápeš, jak spolu věci souvisí, a umíš navrhnout efektivní řešení
  • Je ti vlastní user centered design. Nevymýšlíš automatizace pro automatizace, ale používáš technologické možnosti k řešení opravdových lidských problémů
  • Baví tě zjednodušovat, škálovat a inovovat
  • Nebojíš se zabrousit i do technických detailů
  • Dokážeš skvěle komunikovat, sladit různé pohledy a vysvětlit komplexní věci jednoduše
  • Jsi iniciativní a máš chuť měnit věci k lepšímu
  • Jsi rád(a) součástí týmu
