About The Role
We need a Sales Manager who can drive our sales strategy and expand our market presence. In this role, you will lead the charge in promoting our innovative products, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that our access control solutions meet the diverse needs of our customers. With your expertise in sales and a passion for security solutions, you'll be instrumental in helping us provide effective access management while maintaining a seamless user experience. Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and decision-makers in target markets.
Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities within the access control sector
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create aligned campaigns and product launches
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to Sales Director
Proven experience in B2B sales, strong track record of successfully acquiring new clients and closing deals.
Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and account management skills.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with decision-makers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential clients.
Technical or IT education
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Knowledge of security and access control systems is an advantage
