Complete management of warehouse management and support of the logistics team. Ensuring all activities in accordance with the planned documentation and legislation.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Receiving and control of shipments
  • Packaging of consignments for sending
  • Management parts in SAP and LMS
  • Preparing hardware according to the requestors requirements from Kardex, or shipments of logistics
  • Handling of pallets, material and pressure cylinders
  • Cycle counting parts on the Daily and years basis according to SOX
  • Logistics storage space management – outdoor and indoor
  • Management of goods flow to and from external Warehouse
  • Documents management and updating (processes, SOS, Check lists, etc.)
  • Participation in inventories
  • Waste management
  • Data management in accessible application
  • Flexible management and redistribution of activities at the workplace
    Adherence to Standards and implementation of innovations

Education and qualifications:

  • Completed secondary education

Experience required:

  • 2 or more years of experience with Warehouse management
  • Takes personal responsibility for satisfying the customer's needs
  • Ability to work effectively and under stress

Qualification requirements & certificates:

  • Forklift licence advantage
  • ADR, IATA training advantage
  • English advantage

Professional Skills and Knowledge:

  • Work organization according to priorities
  • Active problem solving and communication
  • SAP user - advantage
