• Oversee and record incoming invoices, ensure correct application and compliance with VAT regulations for Czech, European, and international transactions; monitor payment statuses
• Manage the accurate posting and reconciliation of outgoing invoices
• Handle daily bank postings and reconciliations
• Analyse and reconcile general ledger accounts, including payroll and fixed asset accounting
• Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and related reporting
• Preparing tax reporting and declaration to ensure compliance with Czech and EU regulations
• Ensure compliance with statutory and fiscal requirements in collaboration with the external accounting firm
• Support the external auditor on the year-end reporting
• Maintain regular communication with the parent company and assistance with Group Financial Controlling

• Economic education, certified accountant or similar qualification
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong experience working in complex/general ledger accounting ideally in international groups
• Work and leadership experience would be an advantage
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Professional MS-Office skills (esp. Excel) and knowledge of SAP
• Willingness for further education
