We are looking for an experienced EMC Validation Engineer capable of defining and performing parameter and EMC measurements on complex analog-digital ICs and their applications.

What We're Looking For

  • MS or BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Practical experience with EMC validation and testing methods.
  • Knowledge of parasitic parameters of components, understanding of basic RLC filter principles, and concepts such as resonance.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages to develop the test environment – such as C/C++, Python, or Visual Basic.
  • Knowledge of microcontrollers.

What You'll Do

  • Define EMC tests, their parameters, and target limits - including creating an EMC test plan, setting interface requirements for configuring the ICs under test, and specifying the needs for EMC test PCBs.
  • Perform and document EMC measurements once the prototype IC samples are delivered.
  • Prepare software and any required firmware for communication with the ICs.
  • Validate other parameters unrelated to EMC, such as voltage, current, or signal transfer characterization.
