Hledáme Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), který nám pomůže strategicky vést marketingové aktivity, rozšiřovat značku Hedepy a přitahovat nové klienty. Budete klíčovým partnerem v našem vedení, přičemž vaše vize a kreativita povedou celou marketingovou strategii společnosti.

Co můžete očekávat?
  • Strategické plánování: Definování a optimalizace marketingové strategie pro akvizici a retenci klientů.
  • Branding: Posilování trhu naší značky a vytváření silného vnímání Hedepy jako lídra v oblasti duševního zdraví.
  • Vedení týmu: Řídění a motivace týmu marketingových specialistů, které povedou tím správným směrem k dosažení našich cílů.
  • Analýza výkonnosti: Sledování trendů, analýza dat a vytváření reportů pro neustálé zlepšování našich marketingových aktivit.
  • Inovace: Uplatnění nových a kreativních strategií, rostoucích kanálů a trendů na trhu duševního zdraví.
Requirements
Co očekáváme:

Must-have:

  • Prokazatelná zkušenost na podobné pozici (min. 5 let) s úspěšným řízením marketingových aktivit v dynamickém prostředí.
  • Expertíza v oblasti B2C a B2B marketingu – zkušenosti s digitálním marketingem nezbytné.
  • Silné analytické schopnosti, schopnost interpretovat data a informace pro rozhodování.
  • Schopnost výborně komunikovat v angličtině (C1).

Nice-to-have:

  • Zkušenost v oblasti duševního zdraví nebo zdravotnických služeb.
  • Vystudovaný marketingový obor nebo příbuzné obory na vysoké škole.
  • Znalost středoevropských trhů.
