Ruby Labs is hiring a Strong Middle Data Analyst to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be working to create new reports and improve current reports, and working to ensure that we have safe, correct data to make decisions.

Work with a variety of products and clients, building their future data environment, and play a critical role in leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.

• Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams.

• Control and monitor Marketing and Product metrics in Mixpanel and Tableau.

• Create new reports and collaborate with product owners and developers to maintain high-quality event tracking by aligning on event naming and mapping standards for new features and A/B tests.

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business insights.

• Use SQL to get and analyze data for reports and team requests.

• Collaborate closely with the data team to ensure consistency in reporting and data quality across the organization.

• Degree in an analytical field such as Math, Data Science or Economics.

• At least 1-2 years of work experience as a Data Analyst.

• Experience in Product Analytics is a must.

• Proven expertise with full-cycle A/B test analysis (from hypotheses generation to conclusions and recommendations).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets.

• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that align with the organization's goals.

• Experience with Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude (or similar) and proven experience of covering features with analytics events and documenting them.

• Strong in SQL.

• Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.

• Strong spoken and written English.

• Experience in Marketing Analytics.

• Experience with Python, R.

• Experience with GCP, BigQuery.

• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.

• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow.

• Experience with git and code review process.
